Welcome to the website of the „TAMARA GRUJIĆ“ Foundation, available at fondacijatamaragrujic.org. Please familiarise yourself with these Terms of Use before using the site.

By using the site, accessing its content or making a donation, you accept these Terms of Use as well as the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you do not accept these terms, please leave the site.

The „TAMARA GRUJIĆ“ Foundation reserves the right to amend or supplement the content of these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice, in order to comply with legal regulations, improve services or make technical changes to the site.

Use of the Site

The site is intended to inform the public about the work of the Foundation, its humanitarian campaigns, beneficiaries, methods of donating and other activities of public interest.

The user undertakes to use the site:

in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia,
in a way that does not jeopardise the operation of the site,
without attempting unauthorised access to the site’s data, servers or systems,
without publishing or sending content that is inaccurate, offensive, unlawful or harmful.

The Foundation reserves the right to restrict or block access to users who misuse the site or disrupt its operation.

Accuracy of Information

The Foundation strives to ensure that all information published on the site is accurate, up to date and verified. However, the Foundation does not guarantee that all information is at all times entirely free of errors or technical deficiencies, nor that the site will operate without interruption. The Foundation reserves the right to change, supplement or remove site content without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the site, including texts, photographs, logos, graphic solutions, video and audio materials, design, databases and software solutions, is the property of the „TAMARA GRUJIĆ“ Foundation or of third parties who have granted the Foundation the right of use.

The Foundation supports the sharing of humanitarian posts, photographs and promotional materials from the site for the purpose of spreading humanitarian campaigns and providing assistance to the Foundation’s beneficiaries. Use of the site’s content for unlawful, misleading or commercial purposes without the written consent of the Foundation is not permitted.

Communication with Users

Communication between the Foundation and site users may take place via e-mail, telephone or notifications published on the site. The user accepts that electronic communication constitutes a valid means of communication between the user and the Foundation.

Availability of the Site

The Foundation strives to keep the site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site due to possible technical problems, system maintenance, interruptions of the internet connection or other circumstances beyond the Foundation’s control. The Foundation is not liable for any damage arising from temporary unavailability of the site.

Links to Other Sites

The site may contain links to third-party websites. The Foundation is not responsible for the content, security or privacy policy of those sites. The user accesses such sites at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

The „TAMARA GRUJIĆ“ Foundation is not liable for:

any damage arising from the use of the site,
technical errors or interruptions in operation,
unauthorised access to data by third parties,
or the consequences of using information published on the site.

Donation Terms

The site fondacijatamaragrujic.org operates in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia. Before making a donation, please familiarise yourself with the following terms.

The online card donation process consists of the following steps:

entering donor details,
entering the donation amount,
reviewing the details,
confirming the donation.

When completing the donation form, it is necessary to enter basic personal data and an e-mail address for the purpose of recording the donor and confirming the transaction. All transactions on the site are calculated in dinars (RSD).

Methods of Payment

You can make a donation in the following ways:

by payment to the Foundation’s dinar account: 325-9500700223955-55 (OTP banka Srbija a.d. Beograd),
by payment from abroad to the foreign-currency account (EUR/USD, see below),
by scanning the IPS QR code using a mobile banking application,
by charitable SMS message to the number 3005 (within the territory of the Republic of Serbia),
by payment card via online payment,
via the PayPal service.

Card Payments

We accept all validly presented payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and DinaCard. If you hold a card approved for online payment, after confirming the donation you will be redirected to the secure page of OTP banka Srbija to enter your card details and complete the payment.

If the transaction is successful, the user will receive confirmation of a successfully completed donation. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction, the user may try again or use another payment method. Payment card data is not accessible to the Foundation’s system.

PayPal Donations

If the PayPal payment method is selected, the user will be redirected to the secure PayPal platform to complete the donation. The „TAMARA GRUJIĆ“ Foundation has no access to and does not store users’ PayPal account data. All transactions carried out via the PayPal service are subject to the rules and terms of use of PayPal.

IPS QR and mBanking Payments

The site offers the possibility of donating via an IPS QR code. By scanning the QR code using a mobile banking application, the user can make a payment directly from their bank account. The Foundation is not liable for any technical problems arising within the banking applications or third-party systems through which the payment is made.

SMS Donations via Mobile Phone

You can make a donation by sending an SMS message to the humanitarian number 3005 within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The price of the message is 200 RSD for all mobile networks. The price of the SMS message, the terms of use and the method of calculation depend on the user’s mobile operator.

The Foundation is not liable for the unavailability of the mobile network, technical problems of mobile operators, an unsuccessfully sent message, or any additional costs charged by the mobile operator.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and modern cryptographic standards. Data security is guaranteed by OTP banka Srbija a.d. Beograd as the payment card processor, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s secure pages. At no point is payment card data accessible to the Foundation’s system.

Complaints and Refunds

Complaints regarding a completed donation are possible in the event of:

card misuse,
an incorrectly entered donation amount.

A complaint request should be sent to the e-mail address info@fondacijatamaragrujic.org, together with confirmation of the completed transaction and an explanation of the request. The Foundation may request additional documentation to verify the request. A complaint may also be submitted using the complaint form.

In the event of a refund to a donor who previously paid by one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the „TAMARA GRUJIĆ“ Foundation is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the Visa, EC/MC, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods, which means that, at the Foundation’s request, the bank will refund the amount to the cardholder’s account.

Right of Withdrawal

The user is deemed to have withdrawn from the transaction if, within 24 hours of the completed payment, they send the unilateral contract termination form to the e-mail address info@fondacijatamaragrujic.org. The funds will be refunded to the account within 14 days.

Currency Conversion Statement

All transactions are calculated in dinars (RSD). If the payment card is not linked to a dinar account, the transaction amount in dinars will be converted into the user’s account currency according to the exchange rate of the card-issuing bank, which may result in minor deviations from the original amount displayed on the site.

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency — dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.

Tax Note

The „TAMARA GRUJIĆ“ Foundation is not registered for VAT in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act.

Applicable Law

The use of the site and the interpretation of these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Belgrade.
